Yes, you may send multiple statements to the same recipient. The student records in question should reflect on the statements tab that the statements for that student are sent to the selected recipient. This should happen on each of the student records for which the recipient receives a statement. 

When you process statements for the recipient all student records that are set to send statements to the recipient, will be in the same email to the recipient.
