For versions 3.3.2.5 and Above:
A constituent is mapped using the Raiser's Edge Field Mapping of Constituent > Bio > First Name, Constituent > Bio > Last Name.
A constituent can be an individual (person) or an organization (company, employer, school, church, office, affiliation). If the constituent is and organization the Raiser's Edge Field Mapping would be Constituent > Bio > Org Name.
The constituent's address information is mapped using the Raiser's Edge Field Mapping of: Constituent > Address > Address, Constituent > Address > City, Constituent > Address > State, Constituent Address > Zip, etc.
The constituent's phone information is mapped using the Raiser's Edge Field of: Constituent > Phones > Number > (Selected Phone Type)
The constituent's phone information is mapped using the Raiser's Edge Field of: Constituent > Emails > Address > (Selected Email Type)
For versions below 3.3.2.5:
A constituent is mapped using the Record Type Constituent Field. A constituent can be an individual (person) or an organization (company, employer, school, church, office, affiliation).
The constituent's address information is mapped using the Record Type of: Constituent Address Field.
The constituent's phone information is mapped using the Record Type of: Constituent Phone – Number.
The constituent's phone information is mapped using the Record Type of: Constituent Email – Address.
