Go to the "Filters" tab of the statement template and use the filters to select the specific recipient that you will be sending a statement.

Produce a query from this filtered statement, then save and close the statement. Select the filtered statement parameter and the newly generated query. Select to "Show Results". These steps will produce a statement for the filtered recipient only.
