Occurs when selected phone type is marked inactive in the RE Database

This error means that "Email 1" is attempting to be added to the record through the importing process and the phone type of "Email 1" is currently marked as inactive.

To reactivate this phone type:
  1. Go into RE
  2. Select Configuration
  3. Select Tables
  4. Select the Phone Types table
  5. Open the "Email 1" table entry and remove the check mark from the check box labeled "Inactive".
