To add a check box selection to the file to mark a constituent record as "Requests No Email" on the Bio 1 tab, you will need to decide it this option will apply to all of the incoming records or only to select records.

If you will apply this check box selection to all incoming records, you may add a virtual field to handle this application. Please review the following solution for information on using virtual fields: How to use virtual fields

The virtual field will have a Virtual Field value = Yes

The virtual field will have a Raiser's Edge Field = Constituent > Bio > Requests No Email

The virtual field will have a function = Static Field (field name)

However, if you only want the check box selection to be applied to select incoming records, you will need to add a column to your data file that contains the value of "Yes" only on the rows that will have the check box selected.

The same column needs to be added in the same position within the existing profile. The mapping will be as follows:

The added column will have a Raiser's Edge Field = Constituent > Bio > Requests No Email
