The gift batch template is selected to be used but is not populated with an actual template selection within the IOM Profile Navigation pane processing rules.
To resolve:
- Go to IOM Configuration
- Open the Profile that is producing the error
- Highlight "Gifts" in the left hand profile navigation pane
- Populate the batch template field with the template of choice
- Save and close
