The gift batch template is selected to be used but is not populated with an actual template selection within the IOM Profile Navigation pane processing rules.


To resolve: 

  1. Go to IOM Configuration
  2. Open the Profile that is producing the error
  3. Highlight "Gifts" in the left hand profile navigation pane
  4. Populate the batch template field with the template of choice
  5. Save and close
