Answer:


1.  Typically, this error indicates that another user on the machine is signed into RE.  Have them Exit and Sign Out from RE completely and then retry you installation.


If that is not the case or does not resolve this issue proceed to the next step.


2.  Download the latest version of IOM from the IOM Updates forum and install/re-install IOM.


If that is not the case or does not resolve this issue proceed to the next step.


3.  This error is stemming from files being missing from the RE installation on the affected workstation.  More than likely REAPI components are missing.  Uninstall and then re-install RE to resolve this error.  After this process is complete install the needed Omatic application(s).
