Answer:

The last sent column will show the date of the last action generated from MailOmatic for Schools if that option is configured in MOMS Settings. For more information on how to add an action when an email is sent, please see this Knowledgebase solution.

There are three reasons why the date last sent would not populate in the Results grid.
  1. If the action feature in Settings is not being used, this column will be blank

  2. If an error occurs while sending out emails, an action will not be created, and this column will be blank

  3. If in MOMS Settings on the SB Settings tab, the option When the query record is a student add action to: Student Record and Exclude students from recipient list are both selected. The action will be added to the student's record, but because they are not listed in the recipients list, this column will be blank.



    Select to add the action to Recipients and student records to add the action to the relationship record as well.
