This error causes two city values to appear in the drop-down.
Starting in ImportOmatic version 2.5 we added the ability to import New Zealand addresses in non-Australian databases.
There are two unique pieces of a New Zealand address: NZ City and NZ Suburb. If the display for NZ City in The Raisers Edge is set to City, ImportOmatic will also display it as City. This will lead to two entries for City in the Value Types.

There are two unique pieces of a New Zealand address: NZ City and NZ Suburb. If the display for NZ City in The Raisers Edge is set to City, ImportOmatic will also display it as City. This will lead to two entries for City in the Value Types.
In The Raisers Edge, go to Config-->Fields-->Address. You will see two city field options. Change one of them to display to the value of 'NZ City' as shown below in the highlighted area:
