Answer:
Starting in IOM version 2.6, virtually all the volunteer fields can be imported. Please update to the latest version of IOM.
The majority of the volunteer categories have their own Record Type, and the fields map directly to their specified field.
The Volunteer Timesheet uses the Record Type Volunteer Time Sheet
After mapping the fields, go to Volunteers--> Time Sheets in the left side navigation pane.
To import to a Time Sheet Batch, check the box and give the batch a description.
