Answer:  This may be done with check box options within the IOM profile.

1. Open the IOM profile.
   
2. Highlight "Relationships" in the left hand profile navigation pane
   
3. You will see a section labeled "Address Linking Options"
   
4. You may select the check box for "New Individual Relationships: Copy Constituent Address to Individual"
   
5. Once the above listed option is selected, the "Link Both Addresses" check box will become active, you will select this check box as well.
