Answer:

Any field marked as required for the gift record will need to be included along with fields to identify the constituent record that the gift will belong to after import. Please see the sample IOM profile mapping below: 

For versions 3.3.2.5 and Earlier:

For version 3.4 and Later:

RE Default Required Gift Fields (other fields may be marked as required in your RE database beyond the default fields shown below):

The mapping above will import the gifts directly to the constituent record. If you wish to import the gifts to a gift batch within RE: Batch, please navigate within the profile to the location shown below and select the check box that is highlighted. The gifts will import to RE: Batch and will need to be committed to the constituent record before they will appear on the constituent record after the import is completed:
