When importing gifts to a Raisers Edge Batch, you can use a batch template. This template uses your own layout for the batch so that the campaign will display before fund, as an example. The template is applied in the IOM Profile under Gifts

When using a batch template, each field of the gift must be included. If a field is not included in the batch template, it will not be included in the batch created during import.

If a field is missing from your batch after import, check the batch being used as the template. You may need to add the field here and then import the batch again.
