The option that will need to be selected is "Add as New". This option can be located within the IOM profile you are currently using. Highlight "Constituents" in the left hand navigation pane of the profile. On the right of the view under "Constituent and Relationship Attributes" select the radio button option for "Add as New" for Non-Unique Attributes. This setting will allow the same category to be added multiple times without checking for the existence of the same attribute category already in use on the record.

Test your changes with a small group of records prior to proceeding with the entire data file.
