Answer:

It is not possible to update the relationship of a relationship to the constituent within the same import pass. This can be accomplished in a second pass of the IOM profile.

As an example, if you are importing a constituent and their spouse, the business information for the the spouse would be a relationship to the spouse relationship. This means that the spouse is a relationship of the main constituent already. The spouse business information would need to be updated in a second pass of the IOM profile. 

In the second pass of the IOM profile, the spouse record would be mapped as the main constituent. This would create the ability for the business information to be mapped for the spouse record as an organization relationship.
