You can import phone and email information for new non-constituent participants, but keep in mind this will not work for non-constituent participants that have already been imported. 

You will map the participants biographical information into the constituent information and use a virtual field to mark the participant as a non constituent. 

Once imported you can see the phone and email address by opening the participant from the event.
