Description: This solution provides a workaround for being unable to add virtual fields

Occurs when: Attempting to Add Virtual Fields to a New or Existing Profile

Version: 3.5.0.21

Environment: Hosted by Blackbaud

If you cannot add a new virtual field by right clicking and selecting insert virtual field please follow the instructions below.

Step One: 

1. Right click on the virtual field grid

2. When the context menu opens to Insert a Virtual Field, DO NOT attempt to click it, instead

3. Hit the down arrow key to highlight Insert a Virtual Field

4. Hit enter

If the issue persists, use the below as Step Two: 

Uninstall and Reinstall the Citrix Receiver
