Description: This solution discusses how to resolve the issue where the resolution and zooming in The Raiser's Edge does not display correctly when ImportOmatic is installed

Answer: 


The display in RE can be impacted by installing IOM in high resolution computers. The RE Properties can be adjusted to override that behavior.


1. Right-click on the Windows shortcut to RE and choose Properties


2. Click on the Compatibility tab

3. Check the Override high DPI scaling behavior and choose System in the drop down.  Do not select System (Enhanced), as this will cause certain windows to display incorrectly within ImportOmatic.


Note: The scaling for profiles may still be off, so the profile will need to be maximized  to access the Save and Close buttons on the bottom.

Citrix has released an update that has caused issues with the display of ImportOmatic. Some clients have had success with rolling back to their previous version of Citrix. However, you may be able to use one of the following articles from Citrix's resources that are relevant to this issue:
