Occurs when IOM is trying to add a new preferred address and move the existing address to new type, while preserving the links.

This error will occur even if you are not importing an inactive table value.

Answer:

If there is an inactive table entry on the address that is being moved to a new address type on import. There are two options to avoid this error.

1. You can reactivate the inactive table entry for the import to allow the import to be successful and then deactivate the table entry after import. 

2. Un-check the preserve link options in the profile.
