Description: This solution describes how to resolve the Error: Unable to save Profile: When including soft credit value for any soft credit recipients, all recipients must have a corresponding value mapped

Answer: 


This error occurs for one of two reasons when attempting to save a profile when mapping soft credit recipients.

1. Multiple soft credit recipients are mapped, but the Value is not mapped for one of those groups

2. Value is mapped, but the Constituent ID or Constituent Import ID is not mapped



When mapping multiple soft credit recipients, the Constituent ID or Constituent Import ID and the Value must both be mapped. If only importing one soft credit recipient, you don't need to map Value and the full amount of the gift will be soft credited.
