Answer: 


This error occurs when importing soft credit recipients and the value for the soft credit amount is not valid. The end of the error will be populated with the value that is mapped to Soft credit> Value. 

Edit the value in the data file or update the mapping in the profile if the wrong column is mapped to Value.
