Answer:
To resolve, open the profile in question to check both the processing rules for VIP Processing and Duplicate Search > Auto-Pick from the left hand navigation pane of the profile to see if the query processing option is selected in either location.
If the query processing option is selected, a query must be selected for population from your RE database. In the event you cannot locate the query, either select a new query or remove the check mark from the check box for the query processing.
