This issue may be resolved by opening the profile and highlighting "Files" in the left hand navigation pane and re-mapping the exception and output file path to the same location by browsing to that location with the browse button at the end of the field.
You may also experience this error if you have recently migrated to the Hosting environment. You will need to remap your error/exception files to your Blackbaud Hosting folders located in your shared drive to resolve this error.
