Answer:

You must grant permission within Luminate to allow Omatic Cloud to access the Luminate Import API by adding the Omatic Cloud IP to the WEBSERVICE_CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS_WHITELIST and to the Luminate Online Web Services IP White List.



To use Omatic Cloud, you must whitelist the IP address:

US: 52.191.233.129/32

Canada: 20.39.142.15/32

UK: 20.49.162.30/32


In addition, the following IP addresses will need to be added: 

52.170.46.174/32

52.170.41.18/32

13.72.72.252/32

52.170.41.233/32

52.186.122.173/32

52.191.250.129/32


To enable easy troubleshooting during your implementation, we recommend adding Omatic Software's IP  addresses to the whitelist:

165.166.76.98/32

50.76.195.9/32

1.. Log in to the Luminate Online Admin Portal 

 

2. Go to Setup>Site Options.


3. Under Site Options, select Web Services. 


4. For option WEBSERVICE_CLIENT_IP_ADDRESS_WHITELIST, enter the IP addresses of the workstations that will run the ImportOmatic Connector for Luminate Online. Separate each IP with a space. At the end of the IP address, add /32 for example, 1.2.3.4/32

5. Click on Open API Configuration.


6. Click on Edit WebService Configuration

7. Click on Add Current IP Address to List or use the Add a new IP Range to list option if it is known. If you use a proxy server, this IP needs to be whitelisted as well. Enter 32 in the last box, behind the slash so that the IP is seen as 1.2.3.4/32
