Description: This solution describes how to resolve the issue when clicking on Import but the import window does not open
Versions: 22.214.171.124 and higher
When clicking on Import, the import window does not open and there is no error appearing.
This issue occurs because there are multiple import profiles that are marked as the Default.
1. Click on Configuration
2. Open any import profile and select Default Profile
3. Save and close the profile
