Description: This solution describes why field names may be importing instead of the data for the record in Engaging Networks
When the label for a field in Engaging Networks does not match the field name, the data cannot be pulled correctly by the IOM Connector.
In the Engaging Networks Account Settings> Account Data Structure you will see the field names and their labels.
For example, the address fields have a label of "Address Line 1", "Address Line 2", etc. When the address fields are imported, they will import with the field name:
Update the field label from "Address Line 1" to "Address 1" and the data will import correctly.
