Answer:

To resolve this error, add the Luminate custom domain to the Connector settings.

To find the custom domain, enter one of the following urls into a browser and see it redirects to a custom url:

https://secure2.convio.net/ORG_NAME/site/SRConsAPI 

https://secure3.convio.net/ORG_NAME/site/SRConsAPI 

NOTE: 

1. Select the url secure# that matches the secure# for your Luminate Online Instance

2. Replace ORG_NAME with your Luminate Online org name

After entering the above url, see if the url changes. Disregard any messages on the webpage. If the url does change, that is the custom domain. If the url does not change, there is no custom domain and you will need to contact Omatic Support for further assistance.

Example: When we enter https://secure2.convio.net/ORG_NAME/site/SRConsAPI it redirects to https://give.test.org/site/SRConsAPI 

After entering give.test.org to the Custom Domain section of the connector credentials, the error is cleared and the profile can be saved.
