When updating a custom field name in Luminate Online, the ImportOmatic profile must be refreshed to show the updated name. Sometimes there can be a delay between the name updating in Luminate and when the API sees this update.


To update the name quickly, the Luminate Webservices can be refreshed by clearing the cache. For more information on how to work in the Luminate Monitor, please see Blackbaud Support.


To clear cache for webservices

  1. https://webservices.cluster#.convio.net/1.0/ORGNAME/monitor 
    1. Update the #  and ORGNAME to match the values in the Luminate Admin portal. For example, if your admin portal url is https://secure2.convio.net/omatic/admin/AdminLogin, you would enter https://webservices.cluster2.convio.net/1.0/omatic/monitor 
  2. Log in with API credentials
  3. Click Refresh Cache

  4. Refresh the ImportOmatic profile(s)
