Clean up options are found by going to the field mapping screen and clicking on the gear icon to the right of your mapping. 

Select Clean up, and a new screen will appear with the different clean up options available. Below we will walk through the Date and time format options.

Date and time format provides you with the following options:

  • MM/dd/yyyy 12:00 AM
  • MM.dd.yyyy 12:00 AM
  • MM-dd-yyyy 12:00 AM
  • MM/dd/yyyy
  • MM.dd.yyyy
  • MM-dd-yyyy
  • MM/dd/yy 23:00

In our example file, clean up is needed on the Date field.


To do this, select the gear icon to the right of the field mapping for the Date field. Select Clean up, and the new screen appears with our clean up options. Select the dropdown under Date and time format and choose the MM/dd/yyyy option, then click Apply.


Our example record shows the Date and time format clean up that has been applied to the Date field.
