Description: This solution describes how and why you would reprocess destination exception

When you are processing records to be sent to your destination, you may encounter records which go to Destination Exceptions within the Needs Attention bucket. You can get to these records in one of 2 ways:

  1. On the Data Queue tab, select Review under Needs Attention for the formula whose records you would like to review, then select Review on the card for Destination Exceptions.
  2. On the Integrations/Formulas, select the hyperlink for the number of records in the Destination Exceptions column, for the formula you would like to review.

Now that we are reviewing our destination exceptions, sometimes you will get an error message which can be difficult to interpret:

In this scenario, we recommend reprocessing your records, as this will sometimes clear those destination exceptions. Select the Reprocess All button on the upper right hand side:

A pop up will appear, confirming that you would like to reprocess your records, select Reprocess Now:

Your records will be reprocessed and be redistributed into your Ready or Needs Attention buckets, and you will be able to resend those records to your destination and/or match and then resend.
