Now that we are reviewing our destination exceptions, sometimes you will get an error message which can be difficult to interpret:
In this scenario, we recommend reprocessing your records, as this will sometimes clear those destination exceptions. Select the Reprocess All button on the upper right hand side:
A pop up will appear, confirming that you would like to reprocess your records, select Reprocess Now:
Your records will be reprocessed and be redistributed into your Ready or Needs Attention buckets, and you will be able to resend those records to your destination and/or match and then resend.
