When there is a change in the email address itself Luminate changes the status to "unknown":


As an example, If the email address that is in LO is "mickey@disney.com" while the user is submitting"MICKEY@DISNEY.COM" As the casing is different in both emails, LO considers this as a different email address.


When posting, "mickey@disney.com" LO does not update the email status. Using the lowercase function for the email address column in the IOM profile will resolve the issue (assuming all emails in LO are already all lowercase, as well).
