The Field Picker has been added to the BBCRM Constituent Revenue endpoint. Frequently used areas and fields are editable and will be available for mapping, by default.


To Add or Remove Fields:


1. Click on the ‘Add/remove fields’ option on the mapping page:

2. A window will open, which has a list of available areas and associated fields. If you would like to add or remove fields in mapping, simply expand the area header and a list of fields will display:

As an example, if you would like to add the option to map “Maiden name” to the Constituent / Individual area which is not available by default (as shown below):

Checking the box next to the field value you want to display in mapping and selecting ‘OK’ will immediately display the field in mapping (as shown below):

The field selected will appear as shown below:

3. If you want to include all the fields under an area header, you can click the box next to the header and all “child” objects will become checked.

4. However, if you want to select most, but not all, of the fields under the parent object, uncheck the unwanted fields and the rest will remain checked.
